Educational Critical Care Concepts was founded in October 2005. We are a stand-alone Training Center (CTC) of the American Heart Association.  Educational Critical Care Concepts, LLC is authorized by the American Heart Association to provide training course in the following states; New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Louisiana, Pennsylvania and Florida.

Connie Courcy (co-owner) is the Director of Education, Lead Instructor and Training Center Coordinator.  Leo Courcy (co-owner) is the Director of Business Operations and is responsible for overall business management, sales, marketing, business infrastructure and operations.

Educational Critical Care Concepts New Hampshire Training Center (TC) is conveniently located at The Commons located at 25 Indian Rock Road (Rt. 111) Suite 25 in Windham, NH 03087.  Center entrance, 2nd floor turn right to Suite 25 on the left.  Plenty of free parking available!! The Training Center (TC) is a state of the art facility with modern/new equipment in a comfortable setting. It's location is the ideal spot for a training setting, with local area businesses residing in the same complex including the Gourmet Grill  (lots of training class participants break for lunch here), Cell World Verizon Store, The Stove Shoppe, Fences Unlimited, Style'N Salon, Indian Rock Dental Associates, Winhdam Dental Center, Hudkins Law PLCC, Total Tax Solution, Klemm's Bakery and more.
 

 

Offsite Classes:

Educational Critical Care Concepts provides onsite classes for organizations that prefer to have AHA course material delivered at their location.  Call (603) 890-3533 for additional details. ALL EC3 classes use modern/clean equipment with one-to-one student to manikin ratios to enhance the hands-on training experience and eliminates sharing equipment.

American Heart Association BLS, ACLS & PALS Regional Faculty for Northern New England, Co-founder, Director of Education, Training Center (TC) Coordinator, lead instructor and American Heart Association BLS, ACLS & PALS Regional Faculty for Northern New England and ACLS National Faculty member. Connie has been a nurse for over 26 years, holding registered nurse (RN) licenses in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Connie is a qualified instructor in First Aid, CPR, ACLS, PALS & BLS under the rules and guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association (AHA). Connie holds Training Center Regional Faculty Cards in PALS, ACLS & BLS and Instructor Cards in BLS, ACLS & PALS and effective July 1, 2011 a national faculty member card in ACLS. Over the last 26 years, Connie's work experience has covered all facets of nursing care including years of service in critical care/emergency nursing at local area hospitals including Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA, Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA and Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. Connie brings practical and real life experiences to the classroom and creates a comfortable learning environment.

Co-founder and Director of Business Operations , responsible for overall business management, sales, marketing, business infrastructure and operations. Leo's background includes 30 years experience in operations, engineering management and hardware engineering at technology companies including TEK Microsystems, Analogic Corporation, SKY Computers, Avaya and Wang Laboratories. Management experience includes Operations Manager of Test & Measurement product Division of Analogic Corp & SKY Computers. Production Manager of embedded computing group for SKY Computers, Engineering Systems Integration & Test Manager for TEK Microsystem's military C-130 & Advance Hawkeye programs and Hardware/Software & RF Lab Management at Avaya Communictions.
